Ingredients

  • 20 Ounces Bob Evans Macaroni & Cheese
  • 2 Ounces crescent roll dough
  • 2 to 4 Tablespoons Frank's Hot Sauce
  • Blue cheese for garnish
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray muffin pan with non-stick spray.
  2. Unroll crescent roll dough. Firmly press seams to seal into large rectangles.
  3. Cut dough into 3 inch squares. Gently press squares into mini muffin cups. Using a fork, gently prick the bottom and sides of the dough.
  4. Place muffin pan in oven and bake for 12- 15 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
  5. Prepare Bob Evans Macaroni and Cheese per packaging instructions.
  6. Carefully mix hot sauce with macaroni and cheese. Spoon macaroni and cheese mixture into the muffin cups.
  7. Garnish with blue cheese crumbles and green onion. Serve warm.
