Ingredients

  • 1 Package Bob Evans Tasteful Sides Sliced Glazed Apples
  • 1 Cup frozen sweet cherries
  • 1 Cup blackberries or raspberries
  • 1 Cup pears diced
  • 1 Cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 Cup uncooked rolled oats
  • 2/3 Cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
  • 8 Tablespoons unsalted butter cold, cut into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the glazed apples, cherries, berries and pears.
  3. Pour into a 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake uncovered for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  4. While fruit is baking, mix together the brown sugar, oats, flour, and cinnamon until evenly combined.
  5. With your fingertips, blend in the butter pieces until small clumps form and the butter is well incorporated, about 2 minutes.
  6. After the fruit has baked for an hour, sprinkle the topping evenly over the fruit and place the pan back in the oven uncovered. Bake until the streusel is lightly browned and the fruit is tender, about 30 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and let set for 5 minutes before serving.
