Recipe Ingredients

sweet, crisp apple* (medium size or about 1 1/4 c.) peeled, chopped red apple
1 cup
refrigerated vanilla soy milk**
1/4 tsp.
ground cinnamon

Instructions

Combine Bob Evans®; and apple in blender.

Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth.

Add soy milk and cinnamon.
