Our Hash Browns make easy work of this party favorite with Cheddar and Parmesan cheese, milk and butter.


  • 1 pkg. Bob Evans Shredded Hash Brown 20 oz
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
Au Gratin Potatoes


  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease 9 x 9 inch baking pan.
  2. Combine flour, salt, pepper and onion powder. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl combine Bob Evans hash brown potatoes and dry seasoning mixture, mix together.
  4. Place half of potato mixture into baking pan. Top with 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
  5. Place other half of potato mixture on top and top with 1 cup of cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Pour milk and melted butter or margarine over mixture.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until top is golden brown.
