Boost your immune system with fresh mangoes, kiwi, strawberries and orange juice. Low in fat, high in vitamin C and potassium, this fresh fruit smoothie contains 5 grams of protein.

Recipe Ingredients

1/3 cup
Bob Evans® egg whites
1/2 cup
chopped fresh mango (about 1/2 of whole mango)
1/2 cup
chopped fresh strawberries
1/2
kiwi (about 1/4 cup), peeled, chopped
1/2 cup
orange juice
1 cup
ice

Instructions

Combine Bob Evans®, mango, strawberries, kiwi and orange juice in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Add ice; blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
