Imagine the flavors of fresh, summer peaches and dairy cream. Peaches are loaded with vitamins A and C. Frozen peaches work best for a thick and creamy consistency. 20 grams of protein per serving!

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup
peaches, peeled, sliced, fresh or frozen
1 Tbsp.
sugar
1/3 cup
Bob Evans® egg whites
1/2 cup
skim milk
1/2 cup
low-fat or fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt

Instructions

In small bowl sprinkle fruit with sugar. Let stand 10 minutes to sweeten. Combine sweetened fruit, Bob Evans, milk and frozen yogurt in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
