Protein Packed Power Smoothie

Power up with this electric blend of mango, berries, banana, coconut and chia seeds – all whipped into creamy perfection in just minutes.


  • 3 tbsp Bob Evans® 100% liquid egg whites
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup chopped mango
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 tbsp almond butter to serve
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp coconut shavings


  1. Place egg whites, berries, mango, coconut milk, and banana in a high power blender until creamy.
  2. Top with a dollop of almond butter, coconut shavings and chia seeds. Enjoy!
