Spray an 8x8 baking dish with non-stick spray. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, reserving ½ c. of shredded Cheddar cheese.
Pour into prepared baking dish.
Top with remaining ½ c. shredded Cheddar cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Carefully remove from oven and allow to cool 5 minutes before serving.
