Remove bacon and tater tots. Chop bacon into bite size pieces.
Prepare eggs in a skillet to desired doneness.
Warm sausage gravy according to the package instructions.
On individual plates or one large platter combine Tater Tots with bacon and top with sausage gravy, cheddar cheese, and cheese curds.
Place fried egg on top and sprinkle with scallions.
