  1. In a large mixing bowl, blend together ground beef and Owens Original Sausage and divide into 8 patties.
  2. Over medium heat on grill, cook burgers on each side until done (no longer pink in the center) and internal temperature reaches 160 F (about 15 minutes).
  3. Heat Bob Evans Macaroni & Cheese per package instructions.
  4. Place patties on bun and top with 1/4 cup Bob Evans Macaroni & Cheese, 1/2 teaspoon Buffalo hot sauce and a sprinkle of blue cheese (optional).
