A warm and hearty Italian casserole, made flavorful with Bob Evans Sausage. Great for making ahead, refrigerating and reheating on a day when you know the dinner hour will be busy.

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 box
manicotti shells, about 8 (8 oz)
1/4 cup
onion, chopped
1/4 teaspoon
garlic, minced
1 pkg.
frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry (10 oz)
1/2 cup
grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon
dried Oregano leaves
1 jar
Alfredo sauce, divided (16 oz)
1 jar
tomato-based spaghetti sauce (26 - 28 oz)

Instructions

1
Preheat oven to 375F.
2
Cook manicotti according to package directions. Drain and set aside to cool.
