1 pkg.
turkey gravy, prepared and heated, for dipping
1 pkg.
stuffing, prepared per package instructions
8 slices
white bread
1/2 cup
butter, softened
1 can
prepared cranberry sauce
8 oz.
thick sliced Turkey Breast, divided between 4 sandwiches
8 oz.
thick sliced ham, divided between 4 sandwiches

Instructions

Preheat panini grill or skillet over medium heat.

Butter one side of a slice of bread and place butter side down on clean workspace.

On one slice spread 1 ½ Tbsp. cranberry sauce and turkey.

On other slice of bread spread ¼ c. Bob Evans Original Mashed Potatoes, slices of ham and ¼ c. stuffing.

Carefully put two slices together and place sandwich on the panini press or skillet and heat for 5 minutes or until bread is golden brown.

Serve with warmed Turkey Gravy for dipping.

Other ideas for sassing up cranberry sauce: 1) Mix together 1 block of cream cheese with 1/2 c. cranberry sauce and spread on slice of bread instead of plain cranberry sauce 2) Mix together ¼ c. mayonnaise, ½ c. cranberry sauce and ½ tsp. Dijon mustard and spread on slice of bread instead of plain cranberry sauce
