Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup butter softened
  • 8 Slices white bread
  • 1 Can prepared cranberry sauce
  • 8 Ounces cooked turkey breast thick sliced
  • 1 Packate Bob Evans Original Mashed Potatoes
  • 8 Ounces cooked ham thick sliced
  • 1 Package stuffing prepared per package instructions
  • 1 Package turkey gravy prepared and heated, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat panini grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of a slice of bread and place butter side down on clean workspace.
  3. On one slice spread 1 1/2 tablespoons cranberry sauce and place slices turkey.
  4. On other slice of bread spread 1/4 cup Bob Evans Original Mashed Potatoes. Place slices of ham and 1/4 cup stuffing.
  5. Carefully put two slices together and place sandwich on the panini press or skillet. Heat for 5 minutes or until bread is golden brown.
  6. Serve with warmed turkey gravy for dipping.

Other ideas for sassing up cranberry sauce:

1) Mix together 1 block of cream cheese with 1/2 cup cranberry sauce and spread on slice of bread instead of plain cranberry sauce.

2) Mix together 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup cranberry sauce and 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard and spread on slice of bread instead of plain cranberry sauce.
