  • 40 Ounces Bob Evans Macaroni & Cheese
  • 1 Cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 Cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded
  • 1 Large egg lightly beaten
  • 16 Ounces cubed ham
  • 1 Cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 Cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 Clove garlic minced
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine macaroni and cheese, shredded cheeses, and beaten egg in a large bowl. Stir in ham and peas. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.
  3. Stir together breadcrumbs, garlic, and oil in a small bowl. Sprinkle over macaroni and cheese mixture.
  4. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly and breadcrumbs are golden brown.
