Unroll crescent roll dough, firmly press seams to seal.
Cut dough into 3 inch squares.
Gently press squares into mini muffin cups.
Using a fork, gently prick the bottom and sides of the dough.
Place in oven and bake for 12- 15 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
Prepare Macaroni and Cheese per packaging instructions.
Carefully mix hot sauce with macaroni and cheese.
Spoon Macaroni and Cheese mixture into the muffin cups.
Garnish with blue cheese crumbles and green onion.
Serve warm.
