  • 28 Ounces Bob Evans Family Size Macaroni & Cheese
  • 2 Cups rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 1/3 Cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 1/4 Cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 Tablespoons scallions sliced
  • 1/4 Cup blue cheese crumbles


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In large bowl, combine the Bob Evans Family Size Macaroni & Cheese, chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and 3/4 cup cheddar cheese. Mix well.
  3. Pour the macaroni mixture into a round 9" casserole dish. Sprinkle the top with the additional 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
  5. Top with blue cheese crumbles and green onion before serving.
