Buffalo Style Chicken Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients
- 28 Ounces Bob Evans Family Size Macaroni & Cheese
- 2 Cups rotisserie chicken shredded
- 1/3 Cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 1/4 Cup Ranch dressing
- 1 1/4 Cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 Tablespoons scallions sliced
- 1/4 Cup blue cheese crumbles

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In large bowl, combine the Bob Evans Family Size Macaroni & Cheese, chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and 3/4 cup cheddar cheese. Mix well.
- Pour the macaroni mixture into a round 9" casserole dish. Sprinkle the top with the additional 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
- Top with blue cheese crumbles and green onion before serving.
