Ingredients

  • 40 Ounces Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
  • 2 Cups Colby Jack cheese shredded
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 Teaspoon pepper
  • 2 Cups sour cream
  • 10.5 Ounces canned cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 Cup milk
  • 1 Pound cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 Cups corn flakes crushed
  • 1/3 Cup unsalted butter melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. In a large bowl mix together hash browns, cheese, salt, pepper, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, milk, and chicken. Place in the bottom of a lightly greased 9x13 pan.
  2. In a small mixing bowl mix together corn flakes and butter. Sprinkle over hash brown mixture.
  3. Bake for 1 hour or until top is golden brown.
