- 5 Large buttery croissants torn into 2-inch pieces and toasted
- 22 Ounces Bob Evans Macaroni & Cheese
- 1½ Cups diced cooked ham
- 1½ Cups shredded Gruyère cheese
- 1 Cup shredded fontina cheese
- ½ Cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
- 2 Tablespoons sliced chives
- 8 Large eggs
- 2 Cups whole milk
- 1 Cup heavy cream
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ Teaspoon onion powder
- ½ Teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ Teaspoon pepper

- Pour mixture evenly over casserole.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Let casserole stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
