Ingredients

For the meatloaf:

  • 1 ½ Cup Bob Evans Macaroni & Cheese
  • 1 ½ Pound lean ground beef
  • 1 Cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ Cup milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 Teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 Teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • ½ Teaspoon black pepper

For the glaze:

  • 1 Cup ketchup
  • 1/4 Cup light brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 Cloves garlic minced
  • ⅛ Teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ Teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. To make the glaze
  2. Whisk together all glaze ingredients until well combined.
  3. To make the meatloaf
  4. Preheat the oven to 350ºF and grease a loaf pan.
  5. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, the herbs, salt, and pepper until homogenous.
  6. Divide the meat mixture in thirds. Add two thirds to the bottom of the loaf pan, and press into the bottom and up along the walls of the pan.
  7. Fill the center with the prepared Bob Evans Macaroni & Cheese, then use the remaining meat to cover the top, sealing well.
  8. Pour half of the glaze over the loaf, then place in the oven to bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
  9. Remove the pan from the oven and increase the temperature to 400ºF. Pour the remaining glaze over top, then cook an additional 15 minutes. Let rest before serving.
