Pisco Sour
Ingredients
- 3 Ounces Pisco
- 1 Ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/4 Ounce simple syrup
- 2 Tablespoons Bob Evans 100% Liquid Egg Whites – 16 Ounces
- 3 Drops bitters for garnish

- Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass over fresh ice. (Alternately, you can pour it neat into a Nick & Nora glass.).
- Garnish with 3 drops of the bitters. Using a straw, swirl the bitters into a simple design.
