Pisco Sour

Pisco Sour


  • 3 oz of Pisco
  • 1 oz of fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 oz simple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp Bob Evans® Egg Whites
  • 3 drops bitters for garnish


  1. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
  2. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over fresh ice. (Alternately, you can pour it neat into a Nick & Nora glass.).
  3. Garnish with 3 drops of the bitters. Using a straw, swirl the bitters into a simple design.
