  • 20 Ounces Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes
  • 1/2 bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 white onion diced
  • 1-2 Sprigs rosemary
  • 1 Tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 Teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 Teaspon salt
  • 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 Cup parmesan cheese shredded


  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Combine in a large bowl bell pepper, onion, Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes, rosemary, chili powder, paprika, salt, garlic, and half of your parmesan cheese.
  3. Pour into a baking dish and bake for 35 minutes.
  4. When fully cooked, sprinkle remaining parmesan on top and serve.
