These sausage and pepper sliders made with our Original Bob Evans sausage is a combo you don’t want to miss!

Recipe Ingredients

1 teaspoon
oil
1/2 cup
sliced red pepper
1/2 cup
sliced green pepper
1/2 cup
sliced onion
1/2 teaspoon
Italian seasoning
1 bag
8 slider buns
4 slices
provolone cheese, cut in half
2 tablespoons
butter (melted)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 F.

In large skillet over medium heat, cook patties, turning occasionally until brown and cooked through.

Remove from skillet. Add oil to skillet and cook peppers and onions until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in Italian seasoning.

Spray 9” square baking dish with nonstick spray. Place bottom bun halves into dish. Top each with a patty.

Evenly divide vegetables over patties. Top each with a half cheese slice. Top with bun tops. Brush with melted butter.

Cover dish with foil and bake 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
