Ingredients

  • 1½ Pound ground beef
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 28 Ounces Bob Evans Macaroni & Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1½ Cups shredded provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook beef, onions, and bell peppers in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and tender.
  2. Drain, and return to skillet.
  3. Meanwhile, heat macaroni & cheese according to package directions; stir in mustard.
  4. Add macaroni & cheese mixture to beef mixture, stirring to combine.
  5. Top with cheese; cover, and let stand until melted.
