Philly Cheesesteak Skillet
A hearty, one-pan Philly Cheesesteak Skillet loaded with seasoned ground beef, sautéed peppers and onions, and creamy macaroni & cheese, finished with melted provolone for an easy, comfort-food dinner in 30 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1½ Pound ground beef
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 28 Ounces Bob Evans Macaroni & Cheese
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1½ Cups shredded provolone cheese

- Cook beef, onions, and bell peppers in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and tender.
- Drain, and return to skillet.
- Meanwhile, heat macaroni & cheese according to package directions; stir in mustard.
- Add macaroni & cheese mixture to beef mixture, stirring to combine.
- Top with cheese; cover, and let stand until melted.
