This Sheet Pan Sausage Supper combines roasted sausage, sweet potatoes, broccoli, and onions with a tangy honey-mustard glaze for an easy, one-pan dinner packed with flavor.
Ingredients
- 32 Ounces cubed sweet potatoes
- 1 Large red onion, cut into wedges
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 3 Tbsp olive oil, divided
- 12 Ounces Bob Evans Original Pork Sausage Links
- 12 Ounces broccoli florets
- 1 Tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce

- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Toss potatoes and onion with salt, pepper, and 1 Tbsp oil on a lightly greased rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 10 minutes or until potatoes are just tender.

- Bake 10 minutes longer or until sausages begin to brown.
