Ingredients
- 20 Ounces Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
- ⅓ Cup butter melted
- 1½ Pounds ground beef
- 8 Ounces block Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 Cup barbecue sauce divided
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard divided
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ Cup mayonnaise
- 1 Cup sliced dill pickles

- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Stir together potatoes and melted butter.
- Press potato mixture into bottoms and up sides of muffin cups with the back of a spoon.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are golden.
- Meanwhile, cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Stir in 1 cup cheese, ½ cup barbecue sauce, 1 Tbsp Dijon, and Worcestershire.
- Spoon beef mixture into potato "cups".
- Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese and bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Stir together mayonnaise, ½ cup barbecue sauce, and 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard.
- Top beef mixture with pickles and drizzle with sauce.
