  1. In a bowl, mash banana. Mix protein powder into mashed banana. Add Bob Evans 100% Liquid Egg Whites to mashed bananas and mix until smooth.
  2. Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium-high heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan for each pancake. Cook 2 to 3 minutes until browned. Flip and cook the other side until browned.
  3. Place finished pancakes onto a plate and cover with aluminum foil. Repeat with remaining batter.
  4. Plate and devour! Or let cool, grab it and go.
