Ingredients

  • 24 Ounces Bob Evans Macaroni & Cheese
  • 5 Ounces canned wild caught Alaskan pink salmon, drained
  • 1½ Cups shredded pepper Jack cheese
  • 2 Large eggs, lightly beaten
  • ½ Cup heavy cream
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 2 Teaspoons Creole seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased baking dish.
  4. Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Note: Sprinkle casserole with additional sliced green onion, if desired.
