Sloppy Joe Macaroni and Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 Pound ground beef
- 1 Cup green bell pepper chopped
- 1 Cup onion chopped
- 2 Cloves garlic minced
- 15 Ounces canned sloppy Joe sauce
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar packed
- 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 Teaspoon onion powder
- 1 Package Bob Evans Macaroni & Cheese
- 1 Cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cook ground beef, bell pepper, onion, and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet. Stir in sloppy Joe sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Spoon beef mixture into a lightly greased 2½-quart baking dish. Dollop macaroni and cheese over beef mixture; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
