Recipe Ingredients

Can of sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup
Diced tomatoes
1/3 cup
Green onions, sliced
2 tbsp
Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Crumble and cook sausage until browned

In a large bowl, combine sausage, macaroni and cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes, and green onions

In a greased 2 quart casserole dish, spoon in mixture

Cover and bake for 30 minutes or until hot

Stir and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake uncovered for 5 minutes
