Ingredients

  • 1 Package Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
  • 3 Pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 1/2 Cups onion chopped
  • 2 Cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 Tablespoon salt
  • 2 Teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 Cups ketchup

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375 F.
  2. In large bowl combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup ketchup. Mix well, using hands if necessary. Divide mixture evenly into two 8x4- or 9x5-inch loaf pans. Spread 1/4 cup ketchup on top of each meatloaf.
  3. Bake 70 to 75 minutes or until center of meatloaf reaches 160 F. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
