Ingredients

  • 15 Ounces already rolled out bakery pizza dough
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 16 Ounces Owens Italian Pork Sausage
  • 1 Cup chopped pepperoni
  • 1 Cup chopped onion
  • 1 Cup pizza sauce
  • 8 Ounces block cream cheese softened
  • 8 Ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ½ Cup miniature pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Roll dough into an 18-inch round on a lightly floured surface.
  2. Brush with oil and sprinkle with seasoning. Cut dough into 2-inch pieces and place on lightly greased baking sheets.
  3. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Meanwhile, cook sausage, pepperoni, and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until sausage is browned and crumbly.
  5. Add pizza sauce and cream cheese, stirring until blended. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan.
  6. Spoon mixture into a 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with mini pepperoni.
  7. Bake 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with pizza crust dippers.
