Ingredients
- 15 Ounces already rolled out bakery pizza dough
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 16 Ounces Owens Italian Pork Sausage
- 1 Cup chopped pepperoni
- 1 Cup chopped onion
- 1 Cup pizza sauce
- 8 Ounces block cream cheese softened
- 8 Ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 Cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- ½ Cup miniature pepperoni

- Preheat oven to 400°F. Roll dough into an 18-inch round on a lightly floured surface.
- Brush with oil and sprinkle with seasoning. Cut dough into 2-inch pieces and place on lightly greased baking sheets.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, cook sausage, pepperoni, and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until sausage is browned and crumbly.
- Add pizza sauce and cream cheese, stirring until blended. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Spoon mixture into a 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with mini pepperoni.
- Bake 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with pizza crust dippers.
