  • 1 Pound Bob Evans Zesty Hot Pork Sausage Roll
  • 1/2 Cup onion chopped
  • 1/3 Cup bell peppers chopped
  • 1/4 Cup cilantro chopped
  • 4 Ounces canned chile peppers drained and chopped
  • 1/2 Cup tomatoes diced
  • 1 Teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 Teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 Teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 Cups Monterey Jack cheese shredded
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • Tortilla chips to serve


  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Crumble and cook sausage, onions and bell peppers in large skillet until sausage is brown. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Place cooked sausage and vegetables in 2-quart casserole dish. Stir in cilantro, chile peppers, tomatoes, hot pepper sauce, cumin and chili powder.
  4. Top with cheese; bake, uncovered, 10-15 minutes or until dip is heated through and cheese is melted.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips. Refrigerate leftovers.
