Ingredients

  • 1/3 Cup + 2 Tablespoons buffalo wing sauce divided
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 Cloves garlic chopped
  • 6 Cups Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onions
  • 2 Cups cooked chicken chopped
  • 2-1/2 cups (10 ounces) Crystal Farms® Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 3/4 Cup bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 3/4 cup green onion chopped
  • Ranch dressing to serve

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 425 F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Mix 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce, oil, and garlic in large bowl. Stir in Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onions until well coated.
  3. Spread in even layer in prepared baking dish. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crisp and tender.
  4. Toss chicken in bowl with remaining 2 tablespoons hot sauce.
  5. When potatoes are tender, sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese; top with chicken, bacon, and remaining 2 cups cheese. Return baking dish to oven; bake 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven; sprinkle with green onions. Serve with ranch dressing.
