Ingredients

  • 20 Ounces frozen chicken nuggets
  • 20 Ounces Bob Evans Macaroni & Cheese with Bacon
  • 1 Cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ½ Cup all purpose flour
  • 2 Large eggs
  • ½ Cup hot honey
  • 3 Green onions thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Bake chicken nuggets according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, stir together macaroni & cheese, shredded cheese, flour, and eggs in a bowl until blended.
  3. Preheat waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions. Spray both sides of iron with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Spoon about ¼ cup macaroni & cheese mixture onto waffle iron; close and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until browned and crisp.
  5. Repeat procedure with remaining macaroni & cheese mixture.
  6. Top each mini waffle with desired amount of chicken nuggets. Drizzle with hot honey and sprinkle with onion.
