Ingredients

  • 3 Cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 Teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 ½ Cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 ½ Cups applesauce
  • 1 Cup milk
  • ½ Cup creamy peanut butter, melted
  • ⅓ Cup maple syrup
  • ½ Cup Bob Evans 100% Liquid Egg Whites – 16 Ounces
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
  • ½ Cup strawberry jam, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Stir together oats, baking powder and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  3. Add strawberries, applesauce, milk, peanut butter, maple syrup, liquid egg whites and vanilla, stirring until blended.
  4. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  5. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until set.
  6. Cool slightly, cut into squares and drizzle with melted jam.
