- 15 Ounces already rolled out bakery pizza dough
- 12 Ounces container pimiento cheese spread

- Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until sausage is browned and crumbly; drain, and set aside to cool slightly.
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Place pizza dough on a lightly floured surface; roll into a 10x15-inch rectangle.
- Spread pimiento cheese over dough, leaving a 1-inch border on all sides. Sprinkle with cooled sausage.
- Roll up jellyroll fashion, pinching seams to seal. Cut roll into 1-inch-thick slices.
- Place cut sides down on two large lightly greased rimmed baking sheets.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
