Ingredients

  • 24 Ounces Bob Evans Macaroni & Cheese
  • 2 ½ Pound Roasted Garlic and Herb Pork Loin
  • 1 Cup chopped onion
  • 12 Ounces broccoli florets
  • 1½ Cups shredded Cheddar cheese divided
  • 1 Cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Coarsely chop pork loin.
  3. Cook pork and onion in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until pork is browned and done.
  4. Meanwhile, spoon macaroni and cheese into a large bowl.
  5. Add broccoli, 1 cup cheese, sour cream, and pork mixture, stirring until blended.
  6. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 13x9-inch baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  8. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
