  • 1 Package Bob Evans Original Roll Pork Sausage
  • 1 12-inch premade pizza crust
  • 2 Cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 3 Cups arugula or other lettuce
  • 2 Cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing


  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. In medium skillet over medium heat crumble and cook sausage until brown.
  3. Place pizza crust on baking sheet. Layer sausage and cheese on top.
  4. Bake until pizza is hot and lightly browned about 8 to 10 minutes.
  5. Toss together arugula, tomatoes and dressing. Top baked pizza with salad and serve.
