  • 1 Pound Owens Original Pork Sausage Roll
  • 1 Cup onions chopped
  • 1/4 Cup green bell peppers chopped
  • 10 Ounces frozen peas
  • 10.75 Ounces condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 8 Ounces egg noodles cooked
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 2.8 Ounces French fried onions crushed


  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 2 1/2-quart baking dish.
  2. Crumble sausage into large skillet. Add onions and green peppers. Cook over medium heat, until meat is browned and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Drain sausage.
  3. Cook peas according to package directions. Drain, reserving liquid in 2-cup glass measuring cup; set aside.
  4. Add enough water to pea liquid to equal 1 1/3 cups liquid. Combine liquid and soup in large bowl; stir in sausage mixture, noodles, reserved peas, salt and black pepper. Mix well.
  5. Spoon mixture into baking dish. Sprinkle with French fried onions. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly.
  6. Serve hot. Refrigerate leftovers.
