Tamale Pie

Ingredients
- 2 Pound ground beef
- 10 Ounces frozen chopped onion
- 1 Ounce taco seasoning mix
- 10 Ounces enchilada sauce
- 8.5 Ounces cornbread muffin mix
- 1 Cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ¾ Cup milk

- 8 OUnces sour cream

- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cook beef and onion in a large skillet until beef is browned; drain and return to skillet.
- Stir in seasoning mix and enchilada sauce; cook until thickened.

- Bake 20 minutes or until cornbread is set.
- Serve with sour cream.
