- 2 Cups Bob Evans Macaroni & Cheese divided
- 1 Pie Crust
- 1 Egg beaten

- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease 4 ramekins.
- Prepare the Bob Evans Macaroni & Cheese according to package directions.
- On a floured surface, roll out the pie dough to about ¼ inch thickness.
- Cut the crust into 8 circles: 4 the size of the ramekin and 4 slightly larger.
- Press one of the larger circles into each ramekin, pressing up the sides to cover completely.
- Fill each cup with ½ cup Bob Evans Macaroni & Cheese.
- Add the remaining crusts on top. Crimp the edges of both crusts together to seal.
- Use a knife to create four slits in the middle of each crust, then brush with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
