- 28 Ounces Bob Evans Family Size Macaroni & Cheese
- 6 burrito flour tortillas
- 12 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 Cup Colby Jack cheese shredded
- ½ Cup Ranch dressing

- Preheat oven to 450°F; place 2 large baking sheets in oven while preheating.
- Spread macaroni & cheese over one side of each tortilla.
- Top with bacon and shredded cheese.
- Fold side of tortillas over filling.
- Spray preheated baking sheets with cooking spray.
- Transfer quesadillas to pan and spray tops with cooking spray.
- Bake 10 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.
