Cheddar Drop Biscuits with Hot-Honey Sausage Gravy

Ingredients
- 3½ plus ⅓ Cups all purpose flour, divided
- 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 Tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- ½ Teaspoon baking soda
- 1¼ Cups cold butter, cubed
- 1½ Cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 Cup cold buttermilk
- 16 Ounces Bob Evans Original Roll Pork Sausage
- ½ Cup onion, minced
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Teaspoon pepper
- 2 Cups milk
- 2 Tablespoons hot honey
- 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Whisk together 3½ cups flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda in a large bowl.
- Cut in cold butter using a pastry blender or two forks until mixture is crumbly.
- Stir in cheese.
- Gradually stir in buttermilk until dough forms.
- Drop biscuits by ¼ cupfuls onto a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, cook sausage, onion and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat until sausage is browned and crumbly.
- Add ⅓ cup flour and pepper; cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes.
- Gradually add milk, and cook until gravy is thickened.
- Stir in hot honey and parsley.
- Split biscuits, and spoon sausage gravy over biscuits.
