  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Whisk together powdered sugar, cocoa, almond flour, and salt in a bowl. Add liquid egg white and vanilla, stirring until blended. Stir in chocolate chips.
  3. Drop batter by heaping tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto parchment paper-lined baking sheets. Bake 12 minutes or until edges look dry.
  4. Let cool on pans for 5 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely on wire racks. Dust with additional powdered sugar, if desired.
