Ingredients

  • 12 Slices bacon
  • ½ Cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • 1 Tbsp coarse ground mustard
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 20 Ounces Bob Evans Macaroni & Cheese with Bacon
  • 12 Slices sourdough bread, toasted
  • 1 head butter lettuce, separated into leaves
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels.
  2. Stir together mayonnaise, basil, mustard, and garlic; set aside.
  3. Meanwhile heat macaroni & cheese according to package directions.
  4. Spread mayonnaise mixture over 1 side of each slice of toasted bread.
  5. Top 6 slices with lettuce, tomatoes, macaroni & cheese, and bacon.
  6. Cover with remaining bread slices, sauce side down.
