Double Bacon BLT’s
A loaded Double Bacon BLT featuring crispy bacon, creamy macaroni & cheese, and fresh tomatoes with a savory herb mayo on toasted sourdough.
Ingredients
- 12 Slices bacon
- ½ Cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
- 1 Tbsp coarse ground mustard
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 20 Ounces Bob Evans Macaroni & Cheese with Bacon
- 12 Slices sourdough bread, toasted
- 1 head butter lettuce, separated into leaves
- 2 tomatoes, sliced

- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels.
- Stir together mayonnaise, basil, mustard, and garlic; set aside.
- Meanwhile heat macaroni & cheese according to package directions.
- Spread mayonnaise mixture over 1 side of each slice of toasted bread.
- Top 6 slices with lettuce, tomatoes, macaroni & cheese, and bacon.
- Cover with remaining bread slices, sauce side down.
