- 12 Ounces Bob Evans Original Pork Sausage Links
- 2 Cups all purpose baking mix
- 1½ Cups milk
- 2 Tablespoons plus ¼ cup honey, divided
- 1 Large egg
- ¼ Cup powdered sugar
- ¼ Cup honey

- Cook sausages according to package directions; keep warm.
- Meanwhile, preheat griddle or a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Stir together baking mix, milk, 2 Tbsp honey, and egg until blended.
- Drop batter by ¼ cupfuls onto griddle, and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until tops are covered with bubbles.
- Turn and cook other side 1 minute.
- Wrap each sausage link in a pancake.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and drizzle with remaining honey.
