Italian Sausage Alfredo Pasta

  • 1 Package Bob Evans Italian Pork Sausage Roll
  • 1/4 Cup water
  • 8 Ounces fettuccine
  • 16 Ounces Alfredo pasta sauce
  • 10 Ounces frozen peas and carrots thawed
  • 1/2 Cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 Tablespoon parsley chopped


  1. Pinch Italian sausage and shape into about 36 meatballs.
  2. Lightly spray large skillet with non stick spray and heat meatballs over medium high heat for 1 minute per side until lightly browned on each side.
  3. Add water and cover with a tightly fitting lid and allow to steam for 8 – 10 minutes until meatballs are fully cooked and have reached an internal temperature of 165 F.
  4. Meanwhile, cook fettuccine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  5. When sausage is cooked, add Alfredo sauce, peas and carrots. Cook until vegetables are hot.
  6. Serve sauce over fettuccine. Garnish with Parmesan and parsley.
