Add mashed potatoes, bacon, cheddar cheese, salt and pepper into a mixing bowl and stir with a spoon until combined.
Flour the counter work area, flatten dough into round using palm of hand, spoon 2 Tbsp. of filling in the middle. Place on a baking tray.
Brush the surface of the rolls with melted butter and cut a cross pattern with a sharp scissor at the middle until you can see the filling.
Bake rolls until golden brown, about 20 to 25 minutes. Remove pan from oven and allow to cool at room temperature for 5 minutes. While cooling, brush the top with melted butter.
