  • 1 Package Bob Evans Macaroni & Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • Sour cream to serve (optional)
  • Ketchup to serve (optional)


  1. Preheat waffle iron.
  2. Combine Bob Evans Macaroni and Cheese and flour. Add eggs, stir until well combined. Fold in cheese.
  3. Brush waffle iron with oil and pour about 1/2 cup of batter onto the waffle iron (amount will vary based on waffle iron size). Cook 5-6 minutes or until golden.
  4. Serve warm with sour cream or ketchup.
