Ingredients

  • 20 Ounces Bob Evans Macaroni & Cheese
  • ¾ Cup whipped cream cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Ranch dressing mix
  • 12 Jalapeño peppers
  • 24 Bacon slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Cut peppers in half lengthwise; carefully remove seeds and membranes.
  2. Stir together macaroni & cheese, cream cheese, and Ranch dressing mix.
  3. Spoon cheese mixture into pepper halves. Wrap each half with 1 slice bacon.
  4. Place filled pepper halves on a wire rack on a rimmed baking sheet.
  5. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
